Q - How long will it take to get CSR once I order?
A – Your product will be shipped within 1 business day of ordering. Within the USA we ship using USPS priority which takes from 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Q – Do you ship to Canada?

Q – Will you really refund my money if I’m not happy?
A – Yes, if you’re not completely blown away with CSR simply return it for a full refund.

Q – I don’t know anything about cars or car wax… can I use this product?
A – Yes, if you can clean a window and scrub a pot, you can get great results using CSR. We provide you with a step by step video and quick start guide to walk you through the full process, explaining each step in detail.
Q – I don’t know anything about car paint or scratch removal… how long will it take to learn how to do it properly?
A – Once you watch the instruction video and read through the quick start guide, you’ll be off to the races and will be able to remove your scratches right away.
Q – How do I know this product will remove my scratches?
A – CSR is designed to remove 90% of the scratches you’ll ever come across on your vehicle.
Q – What about the other 10%? What if I have a scratch that is so deep that the primer is exposed?
A – In that case, in addition to your CSR kit, all you’ll need is your own factory matched touch up paint.
Q – How do I know if I need factory touch up paint in my scratch?
A – A general guideline is, if you can catch your finger nail in the scratch, it will probably need touch up paint.
Q – If I have to use touch up paint… can I make it an invisible repair?
A – Probably not… however, you can achieve great results using CSR to blend in your touch up paint. To most people this is an attractive option over spending $200 - $600 to have the whole panel professionally repainted.
Q – How do I use touch up paint?
A – You’re in luck… there’s a special section in my FREE Mini Course with a quick crash course on how to apply touch up paint to a scratch.
Q – I don’t have any touch up paint… where do I get it?
A – There are several sources online, just do a search for touch up paint for cars.
Q – Why shouldn't I buy my touch up paint at the local auto parts store?
A – There are a couple of reasons. The color match at retail stores most likely won’t be exact for your vehicle and the paint won’t be as fresh. Fresh paint makes touch ups much easier.
Q – I’m afraid to use wet sand paper on my car paint… do I have to?
A – It really depends on how deep your scratch is, in most cases it is not necessary. If your scratch needs to be wet sanded, CSR has an evolutionary accessory called SAFE-T-SAND that will safely micro sand the scratch out of your car paint. In fact, regardless of the scratch SAFE-T-SAND will cut your scratch removal time in half safely.
Q – What does VOC compliant mean?
A – All CSR products are VOC Compliant. VOC stands for Volatile Organic Compounds and … automobile products produced in California State are required to follow these regulations.
Q – Is CSR a permanent car scratch remover?
A – YES! With CSR what you see is what you get. Your scratches are removed permanently.
Q – What do you mean? A scratch can only be temporarily removed?
A – Yes… some products on the market contain fillers and silicones that when rubbed over your scratch, they fill it and it appears to be removed. However, after a couple of car washes, the filler will come out of the scratch, making it re appear.
